I knew Corrine for many years but only found out recently that she is actually a full time nutritional and dietary consultant. I was later introduced to her business partner Richard. Three of us had a very engaging and lengthy chat about the importance of clean and healthy diets in preventing many chronic medical problems we are facing today, namely diabetes, sensitive skins, autoimmune problems, overweight, high blood pressure and high cholesterol.

I was very impressed and encouraged by Corrine and Richard, the two professionals who are very passionate about what they do; i.e., simply helping people. As a TCM physician, I deal with patients with medical complications daily and most of them have reached a critical stage that require serious and consistent medication intervention. I know how painful and tedious the healing process is. It requires an immense amount of effort, discipline, time, and money.

After the conversation with Corrine and Richard, I instantly had an idea that I can also provide my patients with advice and guidance on how to have clean and healthy diets as part of their daily routine to fight, cure and prevent ailments.

I was totally inspired by Corrine and Richard. I really wanted to learn more about clean and healthy diets. This brought me to attend the first cooking lession with Radiant Living. Truly, it was the wisest decision I have ever made. Fun was the word. Very interactive, engaging, straightforward, original, and yet deep in knowledge and very practical.

What did I learn most? Pure, clean ingredients selection, food substitutes, simple way of meal preparation without compromising on taste, and the right type of food for certain health conditions. Little did I realise healthy food can be prepared in a creative, simple, and convenient way. The truth is, healthy food can also be tasty.

Now, I regular share healthy cooking menus with my patients. Many of them appreciate what I do for them. Thanks to Corrine and Richard.
